ABOUT FIT
Presented by Jack Quinn's Running Club and Boulder Running Company.

"IT" could be a 5K or a marathon, you may be a walker or a runner, beginner or experienced-the idea of FIT is to gather people with a desire to work toward a goal and FINISH IT!
We feel there is a need for a greater number of runners to benefit from group training.
Choosing a training program is easy with Hal Higdon's training plans. He has training programs for most distances and for various levels, from novice to advanced.

FIT Groups are forming to train for various races. Talk to members for details.
We are providing a training program and a place to meet. The encouragement of other runners will help motivate you to get out and run! Enjoy meeting new people, get advice from others, and FINISH-IT!
The group will meet in various places in Colorado Springs alternating between Saturdays and Sundays. Check our Yahoo Group to see where we will meet. Maps should be up by Wednesday for that Sunday's run. If Sunday does not work for your schedule, Boulder Running Company has a Saturday run that meets at the store at 8:00 am. The runners go to Palmer Park and run various distances from 2 miles to 5.5 miles.

Everyone is encouraged to come. It is fun to see Jack Quinn's runners other than just on Tuesday.
